OneBillShop is an authorized GEICO customer support partner, providing assistance with:

  • Insurance bill payment support
  • New policy setup (auto, home, renters, etc.)
  • Policy information and account support

We work in partnership with GEICO Insurance Company but operate as a separate legal entity. All services are provided under GEICO authorization, and we do not act as GEICO itself.


2. Service Limitations

  • We process payments and requests based on the information you provide.
  • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Service availability may be affected by GEICO’s systems, policies, or operational procedures.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or non-compliance with GEICO guidelines.

3. Fees

  • Any applicable service fees will be disclosed upfront before processing your request.
  • Payments for services are voluntary and agreed upon prior to processing.

4. Liability

OneBillShop is not liable for:

  • Errors resulting from incorrect customer information
  • Service interruptions due to network or third-party system issues
  • Losses beyond the amount paid for services
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
