Payments

All payments processed through [Onebillshop LLC] are final once confirmed by GEICO’s systems.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A duplicate payment was processed
  • An error was made by our representative
  • A payment was made to the wrong account due to our mistake

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Payments processed with incorrect details provided by the customer
  • Policy cancellations after payment is processed unless GEICO authorizes it

Refund Process

  • Contact us at within 3 business days of the payment date.
  • We will verify the transaction with GEICO and, if eligible, process a refund within 7–10 business days.
