Payments
All payments processed through [Onebillshop LLC] are final once confirmed by GEICO’s systems.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- A duplicate payment was processed
- An error was made by our representative
- A payment was made to the wrong account due to our mistake
Refunds are not issued for:
- Payments processed with incorrect details provided by the customer
- Policy cancellations after payment is processed unless GEICO authorizes it
Refund Process
- Contact us at within 3 business days of the payment date.
- We will verify the transaction with GEICO and, if eligible, process a refund within 7–10 business days.
